If your child, or a child of someone you know, needs support and quality rehabilitation, we are waiting for you at our St. John’s Center.
We try to do everything to make sure that our patients can undergo free rehabilitation courses as many times as they are needed.
We accept children and young people from all over Ukraine. Our charity rehabilitation center is located in the Dnepropetrovsk region, in the town of Podgorodne, which is a suburb of the city of Dnepr.
You can read more about our Rehabilitation Center, its services, promotions and news on our website. There is also a Patient Questionnaire on our main page, which we ask those who are planning to come to our Rehabilitation Center to fill out.
To come to our Rehabilitation Center for free, you can use one or more of the following options:
1. If your child has a neurological disease, disorders of the locomotor apparatus, or your child is less than 3 years old and has any changes in his/her health condition that requires rehabilitation, you can come to our Center at the expense of the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSSU). To do this, you need to get an electronic referral for outpatient medical rehabilitation from your family physician, or from a specialist who is supervising you, under code A 57001. You will thus be able to complete a week’s free rehabilitation course at our Rehabilitation Centre. Also, please fill out the Patient Questionnaire on our website. Our administrators will contact you to clarify details of your child’s rehabilitation course.
2. If your child has any disabilities, you have the right to receive the annual free-of-charge rehabilitation course according to the Resolution № 309 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, paid from the state budget, with the cost from 16000 to 25000 UAH. To receive such a voucher, please submit an appropriate application to the Department of Social Protection of Population at the place of your residence. Usually you will be able to receive two weeks of free rehabilitation course at our Center. Also, please fill out the Patient Questionnaire on our website. Our administrators will contact you to elaborate the details of your child’s rehabilitation course.
If your child needs rehabilitation, but you cannot afford it, you can get a rehabilitation course at the expense of the founders and friends of the John Center. To do this you need to contact our reception at 0-800-303-083. Our receptionists will help you prepare the necessary documents. 4. For a rehabilitation course to be paid for by our partner “Charity Fund “Pomogayem”, you need to apply to the office by phone +38-067-632-69-19, +38-098-370-22-60. 5. In order to have your rehabilitation course paid for by other charitable foundations, please contact the offices of these foundations. Their list and contacts can be seen on our website.
