Today, the Ioanniv Center Charity Organization had the honor of hosting representatives from the “SHANS” Special School.
This meeting marks a significant step forward in strengthening cooperation between our institutions, both of which dedicate themselves daily to the development, support, and comprehensive guidance of children with special educational needs.
During the visit, our Center’s team presented its key areas of expertise: physical therapy, ergotherapy (hand therapy), sensory integration therapy, speech and language therapy, correctional-pedagogical rehabilitation, psychological support, and social adaptation programs for children and their families.
Particular focus was placed on the workflow of our multidisciplinary team. We discussed modern approaches to comprehensive rehabilitation that seamlessly integrate medical, psychological, social, and educational components.
The representatives from the “SHANS” Special School took a detailed tour of the Center, exploring our facility’s resources, specialized equipment, and inclusive spaces where daily sessions and therapeutic interventions take place.
Such exchange visits lay a solid foundation for robust partnerships between educational and rehabilitation institutions. It is this exact synergy that allows us to build a seamless, continuous support continuum for every child—bridging the gap between academic learning, functional skill recovery, successful socialization, and full integration into community life.
