This means that a child can undergo a rehabilitation course at our Center funded by the state, provided that supporting documents are available and the need for rehabilitation is specified in the individual rehabilitation program (the list of required documents is provided below).

UAH 16,000 – if a Level I-II limitation is established for the majority of core life activity categories;

UAH 25,000 – if a Level III limitation is established.

For children with disabilities who are orphans or children deprived of parental care, the maximum funding cap is higher:

UAH 24,000 – for Level I-II limitations;

UAH 37,500 – for Level III limitations.

The funds can be used in parts throughout the year (for example, dividing the course into two separate periods, depending on your patient pathway and the child’s specific needs). A vital condition of the program is that no less than 60% of the allocated funds must be spent directly on rehabilitation services.

In addition to the rehabilitation services themselves, a portion of the funds may be used to cover related expenses (depending on the format of care), including:

– meals for the child (for outpatient care);

– accommodation and meals for the child (for inpatient care);

– accommodation and meals for the accompanying person (for inpatient care);

– transportation for the child and the accompanying person within the administrative-territorial unit (according to the program guidelines).
