The day care service was created to help children and youth with mental disorders develop self-care skills, career orientation and adapt to society.
In our office, located on the first floor of the inclusive building, we offer a wide range of programs to help children and youth with intellectual disabilities achieve these goals.
Sensory therapy room – will help a person to develop sensory skills and interact with the world around him. During classes in the sensory therapy room, she can:
- feel different textures and materials;
- listen to different sounds;
- feel different smells;
- see different colors and shapes.
A training apartment will help develop household skills such as cooking, cleaning and self-care. During classes in the training apartment, a person can:
- prepare simple dishes;
- clean your room;
- dress and undress independently;
- take a bath or shower without help.
The office of a speech and language therapist helps to develop language and speech. During classes you can:
- learn to speak and understand the language;
- improve the articulation of sounds;
- improve pronunciation.
Social adaptation services will help children and young people learn to communicate with other people and participate in social activities. During such classes you can:
- learn to communicate with other children and adults;
- participate in group games and classes;
- attend cultural events.
Master classes will help develop creative abilities and skills. During master classes, a person can:
- draw, sculpt, dance, sing, play musical instruments.
The recreation and entertainment area will help children and young people to relax and have fun. In the recreation and entertainment area, they can:
- play games;
- watch movies;
- read books.
