Our Center hosts amazing master classes in caramel making!
How does it happen?
Sophisticated and talented Elena Caramelena makes caramel from natural ingredients: sugar, water and vinegar on an induction stove. Once the caramel is ready, the magic begins. Masteress shows how to form a texture from the liquid caramel base, which is similar in composition to warm plasticine and suitable for molding. And then children turn on their imagination to the maximum and from the caramel mass to create natural lollipops, without chemical impurities.
Caramel quickly hardens, which encourages young participants to be resourceful quickly to master the sweet material.
In addition, the caramel-making sessions contribute to the development of:
– creativity,
– performance,
– imagination,
– develop visual and creative thinking,
– fine motor skills of hands by sculpting warm caramel mass.
And every child gets a lot of fun, joy and positivity from working with flavored sweet caramel, which turns into a unique lollipop.
We thank the benefactors who helped us purchase an induction stove and consumables for our caramel workshop.
Master classes in caramel making are held in our Center on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. From 14.00 to 14.50 – for children with disabilities undergoing rehabilitation with us and their parents.
From 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. for children of the Suburban Society.
