To do this, you need to receive an electronic referral for outpatient medical rehabilitation from your family doctor or a specialist under your supervision under code A 57001. Thus, you can take a free course in 14 or 21 days of rehabilitation at our Center. 10,820 hryvnias is allocated by the NSHU for one rehabilitation course.
We draw your attention to the fact that the list of conditions for which NSZU pays for rehabilitation is limited. These are: acute conditions, exacerbation of chronic diseases, conditions after injuries and operations during a certain period defined by the National Health Service.
We will be able to confirm the possibility of your undergoing rehabilitation at the expense of the National Health Service only after reviewing your medical documents.
