On August 12, 2020, the “St. John’s Center” was included in the List of Rehabilitation Facilities and Health Institutions that provide rehabilitation activities for children with disabilities in accordance with CMU Decree 309 (#14 on the list).
Mode of rehabilitation – two-week rehabilitation courses.
The mode of operation is year-round.

The rehabilitation facility provides rehabilitation activities for the following nosological forms of disease:

  • with lesions of the musculoskeletal system;
  • with lesions of the central and peripheral nervous system, including cerebral palsy;
  • with disorders of the autistic spectrum;
  • with Down’s syndrome and other hereditary diseases;
  • with metabolic disorders;
  • with delayed psycho-speech development;
  • with cognitive disorders;
  • with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder;
  • rehabilitation after operations and injuries.

comprehensive rehabilitation, including medical rehabilitation, physical rehabilitation, social and psychological rehabilitation.
How do I get a course of rehabilitation at St. John’s Center under Decree #309?
To do this, one of the parents of the child or his legal representative to submit an application for referral of the child to our institution in any form to the Department of Social Welfare, along with copies of the following documents:

    • the passport of one of the parents;
    • the passport or birth certificate of the child;
    • individual program of rehabilitation;
    • extract from the medical card of an outpatient (inpatient) patient.
